The coronavirus has hit the world with full force. Blaser Swisslube is doing everything we can to protect and support our families, employees, business partners and customers. We ensure production and delivery of our products so that you can continue to produce. And you can continue to rely on our support both onsite and remote.

Many countries in which Blaser Swisslube is present have taken rigorous measures to slow down the spread of the coronavirus, prevent healthcare systems from collapsing and protect risk groups. This is also the case in Switzerland, where our headquarters is based.

We at Blaser Swisslube are doing everything we can to protect and support our families, employees, business partners and customers. We have taken the following measures, among others.

We protect our employees

Many of our employees work from home, risk groups have to stay at home. For employees in the laboratory, technology center, production and logistics, we have taken appropriate measures to ensure that the risk of infection is minimized. For example, we are producing our own disinfectant that we distribute to our employees in Switzerland.

We ensure product availability

We ensure production and delivery of our products so that our customers can continue to produce. Our production plants in Switzerland and the USA are working in shifts to maintain minimum distances and to be able to keep up work even in the event of an infection. We also increased our raw material stocks early on and developed alternative plans in case certain suppliers stop production. Our local warehouses around the globe are sufficiently stocked to deliver all major products. As long as the national and international logistics chains function, you can rely on us to deliver the products you have ordered. However, we recommend that you keep sufficient stock at your end.

We offer support – onsite and remote

If you need onsite support, please contact your usual contacts to arrange an appointment. Our colleagues from Sales and Customer Service will follow all guidelines of your company and the national and local health authorities during their visit. They will also contact you regularly to discuss your needs.

Our phones and e-mails are open as usual. In addition, we can offer you video calls for maximum support. We recommend that you use digital channels as much as possible at the moment.
